How can I make sure I keep my private registration?

Please can you provide a Certificate of Destruction?

Yes. Your Certificate of Destruction won’t actually come from the Car.co.uk, but instead from the DVLA approved scrap yard that deals with your car. When they receive a copy, they’ll send it on to you to keep on your records.
