If you don’t have the V5C document, your chosen representative will also need to present a recent utility bill (from the last 3 months) that’s addressed to them.

ELV stands for End of Life Vehicle – one that can no longer be used or economically repaired. End of life vehicles are dismantled, depolluted and recycled at an authorised treatment facility.
