I had a few enquiries and the different guys that I spoke to at customer enquiries was really friendly and helpful. I asked for an early/ first pick up and was told they would do their best. The night before I received a text asking if a 6:30am pick up would be possible. I agreed. Earlier the better for me. The morning of the pick up I had a call from the driver (John) who informed me he wasn’t far and sure enough he arrived on the agreed time. When he arrived he was so helpful and really friendly. Do I have to be present when the car is collected?

No. We do need someone to be with the car when it’s picked up, but it doesn’t have to be the registered keeper or owner. We ask that your nominated person has a form of photo ID with them that they can show our collection partner – a driving licence or passport is fine. If you cannot supply a V5C document with your car, we also ask that your chosen person is also able to show a utility bill dated that’s dated within the last 3 months.

Will you buy my scrap car in Birmingham if it has flat tyres?

What is an ATF?
